Payments
We use Stripe, Square, Interac E-Transfer and PayPal to process our online payments. An order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase along with an invoice. We reserve the right to change our prices at anytime without notice. Additional shipping and processing fee may occur that is not listed on the website. You will be notified of these charges prior to processing. Any disputed charges needs to be brought to our attention within 3 business days of posting. We will handle all disputes on a case-by-case basis, email all disputes to info@wotmgoc.com
Permissions and Unsubscribes
Our Anti-Spam Policy allows only permission-based email, when you sign-up for our email lists, and have the opportunity to opt-out by following the link in the footer of the email messages sent by us or by emailing us. Anyone receiving emails from us on behalf of our customers always has the opportunity to opt-out.
Shipping
6.95 shipping in Canada. 25.00 minimum order in the Greater Toronto Area and 39.00 outside of this area.
Shipping is done through Canada Post or through internal delivery. Delivery timing within Canada can be between 1-5 business days. Delays may occur that are out of our control.
Processing Time
All orders are packaged fresh to order. None of our inventory is prepackaged. Orders take 1-2 business days to package. Larger orders may take longer. The business day ends at 5pm EST.
Notifications
You will receive an email order confirmation after your order is made and an official electronic receipt. Please check your spam/junk folder.
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive a notification from the shipping company with all relevant information including tracking details.
Return Policy

Order Cancelation Policy
Orders can be canceled prior to the commencement of delivery. A 6.95 restocking fee may apply. There are no refunds or exchanges. Extenuating circumstances will be reviewed and a refund or exchange may be issued.
